Call Center Representative - Bath Planet Local Careers

Bath Planet of Chicagoland is a growing Bath Remodeling company that is currently looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Streamwood, Illinois office. Job duties include: Schedule and confirm appointments, answer inbound calls and make outbound calls, great customer service, achieve weekly and monthly quotas.

Experience Requirements: Previous Call Center related experience is a plus. Drug test required.

Qualifications: A qualified applicant will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.
