This company is fantastic. They do more than they promise. Before contracting with them, we contacted a big name company that everyone would recognize, which shall remain nameless. We had our kitchen remodeled by said company several years ago and they did a great job. Unfortunately something changed over the years and our bathroom experience with them was terrible. They overcharged, did not give us clear descriptions or choices and scheduling took a long time. We were fortunate to be able to cancel most of the work except the floor and installing a toilet. Then we went to BathPlanet and everything changed completely. I have never contracted with another company that went to such an extreme to please us and do everything so well. Quality materials, quality workmanship, good pricing and the most pleasant people to talk to. We love them. Best experience we've ever had with remodeling.
