Ken did a fabulous job helping me to understand the options,benefits, and value of the options. He explained the manufacturing process and why these materials will make it super easy to keep my bathroom spotless! He walked me through the warranty and answered all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. He was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.
