the sales team and customer service was subpar, the original installer didn’t do the job and left the bathroom broken down, but the final installer (Hussein) was great to work with, his customer service skills are better than the cs reps, and he did a Great professional job

Took the installer 2 days to install. Not buy their fault. Our bathroom had lots of structural issues. Nothing went according to plan. They did an amazing job.
