We shall see what kind of company Bath Planet is if their "Lifetime Guarantee" holds up. Remains to be seen at this time. So far the installation crew was to be trusted. The salesman is another story. When I spoke to him on the phone, I called him a liar. And I maintain that supposition. When it was time to sign the contract, I asked him if he was sure that sliding door was better than just a door as he said. The question of what happened if the sliding door track would rust or become off the track. He said the (slider was better than just a door.) And cheaper. So I asked again if the slider track wouldn't rust or come off the track, he replied that everything was "Lifetime guaranteed" if anything went wrong the company would stand behind it. He talked me out of just a door and said slider was the way to go. In good faith I signed the contract. Only to be told by the installer that the slider wasn't in the order.I made several calls to the company, left messages to them and to Dan Curry. Curry finally called back and informed me door wasn't in the contract I signed and that I could have one for $2,300.00 more. I called him a liar. The company should watch him, because he will promise anything for the sale. After paying over $16,000 dollars for the product I feel cheated, was lied to, and I'm angry.
