Our experience was great. The installers were right on time when they said they would arrive. They were very nice, they asked where I wanted things placed. My bathroom looks awesome. we do have to paint yet and do the floor, but getting the new shower in there has made a huge difference. I would definitely recommend Bath Planet to anyone who wants their bathroom/shower/tub redone.
