The installers arrived thirty minutes before scheduled time at 8:00 a.m.. Didn't matter because we were already set for them. They came in and explained what was going to happen. Then proceeded to lay the protective tarps down and began with the removal and installation of the new tub and walls. The only thing I had to do was to turn the water off and on when they requested it. Around 2:30 p.m., they said they were just about done and started with the cleanup. Lastly they explained when we could use the new tub. We were delighted with the installers' expertise and diligence to the completion of the job. Overall we're happy how the job was undertaken and the end results. Would recommend BathPlanet to anyone.
