Took a little longer than expected, but worth the wait

James communicated well, everything that went on and that it would take longer. Neither of us had a diagram that I ordered and I was not sure about one of the grab bars. He removed all pieces of broken tile and worked with the door shut to keep dust at a minimum. I appreciate that.
