Overall it was good journey, beginning with the young lady in the kiosk at Orland Square. The sales rep was on point also. My only disappointment was the extended install. I was informed the install would take one day, it took two and I personally wasn't pleased with the reason why. However the end product is better than I expected.....hence bittersweet.
