from the estimate to the install everything went smoothly. I really appreciated the sales guy giving me options and explaining the prices as I chose all the items. The previous company we had out didn't do that and really didn't seem to care. I got phone calls before the install to confirm things and those people were extremely nice. The day of the guys were there on time and were ABSOLUTELY great! in at 8am out at 1pm and I have a beautiful tub to shower conversion. Highly recommend!
