Product doesn’t hold up. Beware

We purchased a shower from you a few years back The base has cracks in it and one of the walls of the shower has separated from the base There is serious mold & mildew in the areas where caulk is. As a result we can no longer use the shower we purchased. Our family is now only using one bathroom in our house as a result of your product failing. Extremely disappointing I am attaching pictures of the cracks in the base and the wall that has mold and mildew and is separated from the wall. I do not believe current potential customers would be pleased to know the product has a short life span and they would be without use of their shower due to Bath Planet’s poor quality products. I am hoping Bath Planet is going to stand by their product and make right by us for having entrusted your company with our shower. Debbie Levinson
