I had an estimate today and it was a delightful young man named, Sam Bridges He took the time to talk to me in a personal way. It was like talking to my grandson. He listened patiently and was attentive to what I was saying. He explained everything step by step and made me feel like I was choosing the right company and the right shower for my lifestyle at this time in my life. I have been wanting to update my bathroom for many years and getting older (I am 76), the time has come to finally do that. I am sure this walk in shower will be the best thing for me. Thank you Sam, for your ideas and suggestions. I told him I wanted a new walk in shower, something safe and economical and well made and installed. I want to know that if something I feel is wrong, there is someone I could contact to make it right. He was a very personable young man and you are lucky he works for your company. All your people should be as nice as him.
