Great Product, Great Experience!
From the showroom, to salesman, through the installers, to the exit interview caller, using Bath Planet exceeded my expectation. The product's appearance is as exceptional as the showroom samples. The sales people, Aileen and Scott Friedman, were knowledgeable and professional. I never felt like the presentation was rushed or being pushed at me. Installers were experienced, especially Daryl. neat and always aware that they were in someone else's home. Even the person who called for the follow-up interview was understanding of my time constraints and both called me back and allowed me to complete the interview at my convenience via the internet. While this install was not inexpensive, I feel, so far, that I "got my money's worth."
