Great service, great results
I am very happy with TWO bathtub replacements that Bath Planet did in my home. The workers were professional and checked with me every step of the process to make sure everything was done the way I wanted it. In my downstairs bathroom, I was having the tub and walls replaced. But if you live in an old home like mine you know it is never that easy! While taking out the old tub, the workers discovered the walls of my bathroom had 2 inches of concrete. This required more time and effort to achieve the beautiful finish, but they did it. The workers remained at my house until 9 at night and then returned the next day to make sure everything was exactly right. Despite the extra work, the company honored my original estimate without question. I also had my upstairs bathtub replaced with a shower and wall surrounds. It looks beautiful and is so much roomier than my old bathtub. Once again the workers checked with me about every detail, such as mirrors that needed to be worked around or where a shelf should be placed. (My bathrooms are small) I am very pleased with the function and look of my new bathtub and shower. I would highly recommend Bath Planet!
