I am very happy with our Bath Planet experience. The installer was very pleasant and efficient. He arrived on time, got the job done quickly and cleaned up everything before he left. He was very patient with my 90-year-old mother, who we installed the shower for. He stopped to allow her check out the planned placement of each of the accessories so that all was convenient for her. We love our new shower and so does everyone who sees it!
