Joe was very thorough and personable. Very easy to work with. The whole process made it easy to decide upon a quality bathroom home upgrade with confidence. In fact, my wife commented how “nice” it was to sit at our dining room table while shopping, reviewing options and having our questions answered on the spot. Overall, Joe did an excellent job representing Bath Planet and taking care of us.
