From the knowledgeable appraiser to the incredible installer and office support staff it was a smooth experience! The appraiser answered all questions satisfactory and was very helpful, the installer was such a professional like I have rarely seen, the office answered a follow-up question without hesitation. The job was a tub to shower conversion, he started at 8:00 AM and finished before 3:00 PM without leaving a trace of debris or dust, just a sparkling clean beautiful shower!
