Scott Friedman was the first contact and he was thorough and presented Bath Planet products while giving suggestions on what I should do. The first bathroom was a walk- in shower that turned out fabulous! My master bath, I wanted a soaker tub with shower and it also turned out beautiful! I wanted to upgrade the bathtub spout, and just got it myself (keeping with Moen) and they switched it out for the one in the kit. Borris and Val were the installers for both bathrooms, and they were excellent! Professional, timely, knowledgable and overcame issues that came up because it is a condo. I would not hesitate to use Bath Planet again. Happy customer!
