Sales Rep did a great presentation and explained all of our options. The installation went as promised. Job was completed in one day. The installers were fantastic. They explained the process to us as they were doing the job and cleaned up after they completed the job. I love our new shower and would recommend using Bath Planet. My only negative feeling is that we were pressured to make a decision the day the sales rep came to give us a quote. If we did not make the decision that day, the price was going to be higher. I do not like to be pressured when doing an expensive home improvement but did end up signing the contract that day. Have no regrets because our bathroom looks fantastic.

We always offer a larger discount for clients that purchase on the initial consultation as this saves us the expense involved in sending someone back for a second appointment/consultation.
